The Kerala State Lottery Department has announced the results for the Karunya Plus KN-585 draw today, Thursday, August 14, 2025. The draw took place at 3:00 PM at Gorky Bhavan in Thiruvananthapuram. Thousands of people waited eagerly for the results to see if they had won.
The Karunya Plus lottery is one of the most popular weekly lotteries in Kerala. It offers a grand first prize of ₹1 crore. Many people across the state buy tickets every Thursday hoping for a life-changing win.
First Prize Winner
The first prize of ₹1 crore has been won by ticket number PJ 583002. This winning ticket was sold in Ernakulam district. The lucky agent who sold this ticket is Sujith M K with agency number E 6890. The winner will need to submit the original ticket along with required identity documents to claim the prizeSecond and Third Prize Winners
The second prize of ₹30 lakh went to ticket number PJ 658627, sold in Pattambi. The selling agent is Nagarajan P, holding agency number P 2776.
The third prize of ₹5 lakh was won by ticket number PC 879180. This ticket was sold in Vaikom by agent Suresh Kumar M G, agency number K 4602.
Consolation Prize
Apart from the main prizes, there is also a consolation prize of ₹5,000. This is given to tickets with the same number as the first prize but in different series. For this draw, tickets in series PA to PM with number 583002 are eligible for the consolation amount.

- 6th Prize (₹1,000): Numbers ending in 0139, 0368, 0450, 0750, 1219, 1519, 2105, 4562, 5137, 5301, 5325, 5734, 6009, 6093, 6540, 6699, 6857, 6873, 7088, 7215, 7608, 7783, 7895, 8304, 8448, 8596, 8697, 8903, 9294, and 9928.
- 7th Prize (₹500), 8th Prize (₹200), and 9th Prize (₹100) include many winning numbers across all series. Players should check the official Kerala Lottery website or visit their local lottery agency to confirm if their ticket is in these lists.
How to Claim the Prize
Winners of amounts up to ₹1 lakh can claim their prize at the district lottery office. For prizes above ₹1 lakh, the claim must be made at the Directorate of State Lotteries in Thiruvananthapuram. If the prize is above ₹10 lakh, the ticket will also be verified by the Finance Department of Kerala.
All winners must present the original ticket, signed on the back with name and address, along with valid ID proof. The prize money is subject to tax deductions as per government rules.
