1,000+ Participants Join the ‘Krishna Run for Good Health’ in Gurugram
Gurugram, 24 March 2025: In a powerful display of unity, energy, and a shared commitment to well-being, Krishna Group brought together over 1,000 participants this Sunday morning for the ‘Krishna Run for Good Health’—a flagship event under the Group’s growing wellness movement, ‘Fit Krishna.’
Conceived by Mr. Ashok Kapur, Chairman of Krishna Group and Krisumi Corporation, the initiative reflects his deeply held belief that health is not just a personal priority—it’s the foundation of great leadership, stronger teams, and lasting success. A staunch advocate of physical and mental wellness, Mr. Kapur is known to begin every conversation by asking: “Are you taking care of your health?”—a principle that now anchors the cultural DNA of the Krishna Group.
“_When you feel healthy, you feel limitless. That’s what being ‘on top of the world’ truly means. Good health is not a destination—it’s a way of life. When we prioritise our well-being, we unlock our best selves. Today’s incredible participation reinforces the strength of our values—togetherness, positivity, and a healthy lifestyle. The Fit Krishna Movement isn’t just about running—it’s about creating a future where positivity, performance, and purpose are all driven by a shared commitment to well-being._” said Mr. Kapur.
Held at Tau Devi Lal Stadium, the 10-km lap marathon saw participation from across Krishna Group, SKH Group, Krisumi Corporation, and the Group’s various Trim plants, including employees, senior leadership, and their families. The event kicked off with a high-octane Zumba warm-up, followed by a ceremonial flag-off by the Group’s top management.
The atmosphere was electric—dhol beats, cheering teams, upbeat music, and unwavering enthusiasm transformed the stadium into a carnival of health and happiness. Energy drinks, hydration stations, and cheers from supporters ensured every runner felt motivated from start to finish.
The Fit Krishna Movement is fast becoming a benchmark in India Inc. for embedding wellness at the heart of workplace culture. Beyond the physical run, it signals the Group’s broader shift toward building healthier, more emotionally connected workplaces where people thrive not just professionally but personally.
Winners were felicitated with trophies, while all participants were awarded medals as a symbol of their commitment to health and team spirit.
With the resounding success of today’s event, Krishna Group continues to prove that corporate culture can be a force for good—where health is wealth, and every step forward is a step toward a better, stronger tomorrow.
